Coolr is an independent social media and influencer marketing agency with offices in London and Los Angeles. It won U.K. Agency of the Year and Best Large Agency in 2024. 

I came on board for a two-month contract to help launch Coolr’s first newsroom-style social team, “Labs,” formed to address clients’ increasing need for daily reactive TikTok videos. Main clients included @gumtreeuk, @samsunguk, and @deliveroo. In collaboration with account managers and other social creatives, I helped produce quick-turnaround videos, outline workflow processes, and prove the agency’s need for the new team.
